Currently serving as Lead IT Architect – ServiceNow Platform at a top Fortune 500 company, Bob drives platform evolution through strategic lifecycle planning, enterprise-wide architecture design, and governance alignment. He has engineered integrations with Workday, Okta, and LDAP, deployed advanced automation, and led upgrade readiness initiatives that safeguard long-term platform integrity.
